Temporary Staffing

Contract to Hire
If you want to make sure a candidate is the right person for the job, a contract-to-direct situation is ideal.
We will employ the candidate, take care of the payroll, taxes and benefits, and assign the candidate to your company for a specified contract time. During this time you have the ability to access the employee’s skills and decide if the employee matches your requirements. After the employee works for this specified contract time, you have the option of taking the person on as a direct hire employee.
Direct Hire
Our staff specializes in placing skilled trades talent, engineering professionals and administrative professionals for companies throughout Wisconsin.

Payroll Options

Argus offers you a solution to this problem with access to complete payroll services for staff you locate on your own. Pay rolled employees are contracted to you at a significantly reduced rate while still being offered the same benefit programs as our regular contract personnel. An Argus representative can walk you through the payroll process and show you how it can help you to control your personnel costs.
Billing and Fees
You only pay a fee once we have placed a qualified candidate in your organization. We also offer various guarantee options with any direct hire placements made in your company. Be sure to ask your Argus representative how a guaranteed direct placement can take the worry out of your hiring decisions.
