Hiring Methods
Flexibility is important in the temporary staffing business. What might work for one client might seem out of the ordinary for another.  That is why Argus offers three ways to work with our candidates. Best of all, each method is flexible. We'll be happy to work with you in determining what is best for your company.

Contract
When you don't want to add employees to your staff and a new project calls for experienced, highly skilled people not available within your organization or from the local labor market, a contract position may be ideal. Argus is able to select candidates to fill both short and long term assignments.

Supplementing Direct Hire staff on an as-needed basis, handling excess or special work loads, or gaps left during employee vacations, leave of absences and illnesses are also ideal situations for using Argus' contract help.

Contract to direct
If you want to make sure a candidate is the right person for the job, a contract-to-direct situation is ideal.

We will employ the candidate, take care of the payroll, taxes and benefits, and assign the candidate to your company for a specified contract time. During this time you can decide if the employee matches your requirements, which think he/she will. After the employee works for this specified contract time, you have the option of taking the person on as a direct hire employee.

Direct Hire
Argus specializes in the recruiting and placement of engineering, manufacturing, data processing and industrial personnel and is capable of filling positions from entry level to the highest levels of upper management. We have staff members who are specialists in supplying candidates for direct hire positions.

When you are having difficulty finding the right employee, or you don't have time to look, interview and do the recruiting, Argus can help. For a reasonable fee, paid only when we find a qualified match, Argus will locate, screen and reference candidates.  We can find qualified personnel for your direct hire positions that not only do the job, but do it well.

You only pay a fee when we find you a qualified candidate and it is based on the position's total compensation for the first year of employment.

Argus will unconditionally guarantee any placement for thirty days.    Should the new employee voluntarily terminate or be discharged for cause within thirty days from the start of employment, Argus will refund 100% of the fee or replace with another candidate.
