List your accomplishments and achievements. (They can be jobs, activities, offices held, scholarships, etc.)

What are your strong and weak subjects in school? Why?

List some key decisions you've made (education, career, personal, or family).

What are your interests? They can be competitive or intellectual.

What disappointments have you encountered (job-related, academic-related, or personal.) How have you responded to disappointments?

What are your values? Personal values and business values should be considered.

What are your short term goals? Think in terms of your first job or the job you're working toward, and what skills you'd like to develop.

What are your long term goals? Power? Prestige? Position? Financial security?

What are things you like? Dislike? Think about personalities, tasks, environments, types of work, structure.

What is your lifestyle in terms of location, travel, commitment to family?

What are your thoughts on relocation? Are there personal or family restrictions that need to be considered?

What's your tolerance for travel? How often are you willing to travel?

What needs and restrictions do you have? These can be geographical, financial, health, or social restrictions.

What are your spouse or significant other's plan and career goals?
