2nd shift QA Technician - jnf
Main duties include:
Quality Control testing for moisture, color, salt, breakage and size; Inspect and approve incoming ingredients; Conducting pre-op line inspections; Equipment post-cleaning inspections; Enforce proper GMP behavior and other food safety practices; Conduct routine audits of the facility and production line; Review production paperwork for completeness and accuracy; Other assigned duties.
Candidates must be self-motivated, have reliable attendance, have good attention to detail, be able to learn, understand and communicate some technical information (relating to testing results and food safety/HACCP), and be able to communicate well with others. Must be able to use a computer to enter test results, and complete other QA duties.
Previous QC/QA or food manufacturing experienced is required. No degree is required.
