- Perform covering operations, such as brush or spray gluing and attaching foam pad and hardware to boards. Glue foam together to produce large pieces. Apply cover to board and foam, stretching and/or nailing the cover to the board.
- Attach hardware kit to board and clean gluing equipment.
- Cut pipe to proper length with a chop saw, measure pipe and place in storage or assembly area. Add pull-rope systems to hoods, locating and drilling required holes, and attaching screw eyes and pulleys.
- Prepare hood system hardware kits. Place aluminum pipe in pipe sleeves, and place hood and required hardware in the box.
- Assemble shelters, including trimming angles on wood with saw and placing wood in jigs, and nailing and/or screwing wood parts together.
