• Actively assist Project Coordinators with project procedures from startup, design, construction to close out.
• Entering data in Contract Manager/Procore
• Assist Project Coordinators with opening project file structures and data, maintain budgets through Project Manager Database, and track and distribute close out documents and punch list items
• Assist, organize, assemble, and copy project documents and bid packages.
• Assist with invoicing to the owner.
• Assist with client deliverables and coordinate production as needed.
• Coordination/preparation/proofreading office correspondence, including meeting notes and other clerical efforts.
• Assists with various project-related administrative tasks: entering contacts, scanning, filing, copying, and data entry.
• Answers incoming calls and provides information/assistance or routes caller to appropriate employee.
• Assists with various general office activities.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, focus on Word and Excel), Adobe, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to learn processes and procedures within Contract Manager and Procore.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work as a committed team member.
