Auto Body Damage Estimator jml

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and quickly assess their needs as well as understanding the scope of work needed for the repair. Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for vehicles brought in for service or collision repair.

Capture appropriate photos of vehicle and damage

Write damage estimate and submit to insurance

Set up rental for customers if needed at drop off

Complete pre-drop off work to ensure seamless customer experience

Provide updates to the customer throughout the repair process

Handle multiple files at a time

Perform a Quality inspection upon completion of repairs

Work independently and with a team at a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task

Basic vehicle understanding a plus

Excellent computer skills (a skills test may be required prior to hire)
