Blanchard Grinder act

3+ years of experience performing metal machining operations.

Ability to display out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving.

Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric tolerances.

Ability to check and hold tight tolerances using inspection instruments such as a micrometer,

depth micrometer, caliper, etc.

Working knowledge of Blanchard (rotary) and/or Mattison (reciprocating) style surface grinders.

Experience setting up, aligning and operating surface grinders to achieve required flatness and

finish.

History of initiating and sharing process improvements.
