Responsibilities

• Assemble Chillers: Follow engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions

to assemble chillers from scratch.

• Frame Assembly: Perform frame assembly, including bolting and aligning structural

components to ensure stability and durability.

• Plumbing Installation: Install plumbing systems, including hoses, valves, and fittings, to

facilitate fluid circulation and cooling processes within the chiller.

• Component Mounting: Mount pumps, compressors, condenser coils, heat tanks,

evaporators, and other components onto the chiller frame, following precise

measurements and alignment requirements.

Fundamental Skill Requirements

• Mechanical Assembly: Proficiency in mechanical assembly techniques, including

plumbing systems.

• Technical Reading: Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings,

schematics, and assembly instructions.

• Tool Competence: Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and precision

measuring instruments.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a

plus.

• Experience: Experience in mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred but not

required for entry-level positions.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

• Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
