• Prepare and operate CNC lathes and mills
• Understand specifications by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the CNC machines
• Supervise the CNC machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
• Inspect and measure finished products using calipers, micrometers, bore gauge, etc.
• Check and maintain CNC machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Report issues to CNC Supervisor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skill in operating CNC machinery
• Ability to use precision measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
• Reliable attendance
