Customer Service Rep ajc
Assist with pricing and updating files on ERP and Excel.
Assist with ensuring pricing/customer quotes are profitable and current.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders
Enter orders into the ERP system from eChempax, emails, phone, etc.
Proactively generate sales and promote Company products
Assist with pulling inventory and preparing shipments
Assist with customer returns
Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
Troubleshoot customer concerns
Helps customers to choose the right product for their company
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication skills required
Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused
Industry and sales experienced preferred
Above average computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel is required.
Knowledge of supply chain systems helpful
High School Diploma or GED
