Description:
This is not your “typical” Customer Service Rep position as it doesn’t have a lot of clerical content. This position has more of a technical component, and you wear many hats. We have an e-commerce order system, so you enter very few orders into our Business system. Instead you will spend your time identifying and reviewing product manuals to select the correct repair parts for our distributors, up selling and cross selling customers to include other items on their order, and providing sales information to our distributors.
You will train distributors over the phone on how to use our Smartphone apps, e-tools, how to use manuals, and other sales documentation. With time and experience you will provide “level 1” troubleshooting for field product problems. You will also answer the typical customer service questions such as “when will my order ship” and availability.

Hours are 8:00 to 5:00
Salary: $21. - $23.50/hr. ($45,000 to $49,000)
Qualifies for our Resource Variable Quarterly Sales Incentive – 20% of quarterly salary; paid quarterly if goals are met.
