Drafter/BIM Coordinator 1st Shift - ajc

Looking to add two additional people. They can work out of the Brookfield or Madison office and offer a hybrid work schedule once there are trained and going.

Revit is their software.

As a BIM Technician/Coordinator, you will:

▪ Collaborate with the BIM Manager in the implementation and monitoring of compliance with BIM standards and procedures.

Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to standards.

Provide technical support for BIM production and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Ensure all Revit and custom content complies with Shared Parameters for automatic Revit scheduling.

Work with team members on managing implementation of construction related digital initiatives, mobile site documentation, remote workflows, etc.

Responsible for MEP project model setup and maintenance.

Prepare project submittals, coordination and sharing.

More specifically you will:

▪ Lead the MEP project model(s) setup.

Maintain and revise project setup schedules.

Coordinate submittals and issuances and with BIM technicians and Manager on setups and maintenance.

Ensure communication with technical and project staff on client specific BIM standards and audit models for adherence to owner’s, clients and internal standards.

Manage external BIM models and distribute to team.

Assist engineering and technical team with modeling and submittals.

Provide assistance in setting up large multi-disciplinary projects.
