RESPONSIBILITIES
Electrical:
-Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring or assembly casings.
-Know and apply the best electrical assembly practices in panel building, wire distribution, and electrical systems to ensure safe, quality builds.
Qualifications
-High School Diploma or the equivalent.
-1 to 2 years of Electrical Wiring experience.
-Read and interpret electrical schematics and understand terminology for panel assembly and machine wiring operations.
-Knowledgeable in best electrical assembly practices for applications in panel building, wire distribution, and electrical systems to ensure safe, quality builds.
-Be able to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs., sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Mechanical:
-Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
-Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
-Assemble parts or units, and position, align and fasten units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames, using hand tools and power tools.
-Connect cables, tubes, and wiring, according to specifications.
-Measure parts to determine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
-Prepare machines for shipment.
Qualifications
-Highschool Diploma or the equivalent.
-2+ years of mechanical assembly experience required.
-Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
-Maintain tool requirement needs.
-Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms for machine building operations.
