All assemblers must be computer literate and capable of reading engineering drawings. Computer literate and capable of reading engineering drawings. Have the tools to perform the daily routines.
Mechanical Assembler
- Must have completed a Vocational Diploma in mechanics or equivalent training, or experience in machine assembly or similar field.
- Capable to set up and operate power tools.
- Quality conscious, industrious, and detail oriented.
- Verify alignment and tolerances of moving parts using measuring instruments.
Electrical Assembler
- Must have completed a Vocational Diploma in an electrical-related field, or equivalent experience or training.
- Display knowledge of Electrical Theory and usage of NEC and NFPA 79 in the assembly of machines with AC and DC circuits.
- Use PC to interface with programmable controllers and serve modules transfer drive parameters, and run diagnostic checks.
Electro-Mechanical Assembler
- Must have an Associate's Degree in Electro-Mechanical Theory or a Maintenance Certificate and/or equivalent experience and training.
- Display knowledge of Electrical Theory and usage of NEC and NFPA 79 in the assembly of machines with AC and DC circuits.
- Use PC to interface with programmable controllers and serve modules, transfer drive parameters and run diagnostic check.
