Job Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret drawings an cutting lists as required
• Assemble and wire electrical components
• Route and connect pneumatic tubing to pneumatic devices
• Assemble and wire gas burner junction boxes and wire them to burner trains
• Assemble and wire small ovens
• Accurately drill and tap holes to mount electrical components
• Test all electrical systems and gas burner systems
• Must be able to do the above tasks in a safe and timely manner
• Follow OSHA lockout- tag out procedures when machines must be shut down for repair

Requirements

• Demonstrate sufficient mechanical and electrical aptitude to understand and perform duties
• Close attention and care is required to prevent damage to equipment
• Ability to read job orders, blueprints, and specifications
• Visual acuity to read and write
• Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping and bending
• Physical strength to lift and carry 25 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds on occasions
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a variety of hand tools
•Some Travel Required
