Requirements

• Welding Fabrication Expertise – possess expert fit-up skills and weld code knowledge – Previous weld fab experience is REQUIRED.

• Leadership – managing all production teams – Previous supervisor experience REQUIRED.

• Problem-Solving – identify problems, develop solutions to correct weld issues, and overcome all production obstacles.

• Detail-Oriented – good math skills and precision in work.

• Effective Planning and Organization – define the needs and priorities of the team and work utilizing Job Boss.

• Excellent Communication – listening, processing, and communicating clearly.

• Integrity – upholds a high standard of fairness and ethics in words and actions.
