Must have skills:

SOME sort of HVAC experience, 2-3 years minimum.

This could be residential or industrial, but industrial would be preferred.

Work independently

Good customer-facing skills

Those are the must-haves. Other important skills:

Quick learner

Trouble-shooting mindset

Good at documentation

Electrical experience a plus

Dependable attendance

We do not do a per diem but cover expense and have a travel policy, the service tech will also have a company credit card for all travel expenses, so they won’t have to worry about using their own money and/or being reimbursed timely. Mileage is reimbursed when using their personal vehicle.

Travel:  Required up to 20% of the time, No weekend travel.
