Electrical:
-Demonstrate knowledge of basic electrical theory control circuits, Ohm's Law, basic AC and DC theory.
-Understanding l Reading electrical print schematic symbols and One-Line Diagrams
-Demonstrate knowledge with electrical testing tools i.e. Multimeters, MegOhinMeter, Micro-Ohmmeter, High Potential and Relay test sets
-Testing and troubleshooting PLC's and Human Machine Interface programs
REQUIREMENTS
-BSEE is strongly preferred; however, will consider other four and two-year degree's with the right experience
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Good organizational and basic computer skills
-Must be able to work autonomously
-Detail oriented and accurate
-Must be comfortable and willing to travel as needed
Mechanical:
-To perform defined service tasks at direction of management at various off-site locations
-Reads test schedule, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used.
-Preparing daily reports, reports of findings, analysis and solutions. Prepare travel/trip reports including timesheets and expense reports in a timely and efficient manner. -Troubleshoot and utilizing instrumentation, documentation, knowledge and or experience to identify issues and determine the correct action to fix the equipment and or system.
-Confers with engineers, technicians, production personnel, and others regarding testing procedures and results to resolve problems.
-Ability to lead projects, instruct and direct workers.
-Travel to customer site for startups, troubleshooting, or to train on the operations of the equipment.
-All other duties assigned.
