JOB DESCRIPTION –

Stand-up and sit-down experience

They will start with a phone screen first

This position works in support of warehouse activities to ensure timely support of the manufacturing process.

• Drives forklift (sit down and stand up), loads and unloads trucks, to include coil and sheet metal stock

• Stores materials and supplies in proper storage locations

• Assists in filling assembly orders and stock requisitions

• Keep assembly areas supplied with purchased parts

• Cycle counts parts accurately

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

Must have good numerical and computer abilities

Must be able to read and write accurately, accounting for documenting incoming/outgoing materials and supplies

2+ years’ experience operating a forklift both sit down and standup.

Preferred

Ability to work in a team environment

Visually inspects all orders for defects

Safe and effective storage and material handling techniques
