JOB DESCRIPTION –

The material grind lineoperator maintains production and distribution of rubber products by deliveringmaterials to the presses through grinding, sifting, and moving particles fromtrailers and silos.

Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma
• 1+ year experience operating     bobcat and forklift
• Basic reading and writing     skills
• Basic math and problem-solving     skills
• 1+ year experience in     manufacturing preferred
