Requirements:

Self-motivated and able to adapt to production schedules with a keen eye for detail.

Must have at least 2 years’ experience with 2-part Urethane spray gun painting up to 60 psi (pressure pot).

Paint literate, capable of mixing epoxy primers and urethane finish paint.

Capable of performing surface preparation utilizing 3-step wash process.

Capable of localized body work to address fabrication imperfections (body work <10mm).

Taping, Masking, Sanding

Final touch-up and blending when necessary.

Forklift certified to load/unload booth and handle material.  Individual is responsible for setup and tear down of booth.

Clean and efficient, maintain work area and paint material inventory.  Perform basic maintenance of booth (flooring/filter replacement)
