Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate machines per provided work instructions
- Perform repetitive operations, according to provided work instructions
- Use fixtures, jigs, hand tools as necessary, to ensure proper position and/or movement of components and parts
- Be alert to detect obvious defects and take necessary measures to correct
- Proactively work with team members to meet production goals
- Prepare finished products for shipment by constructing boxes, placing labels on boxes, placing products in boxes, and placing closed boxes on pallet per work instructions
- Abide by all safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees
- Other duties and projects as determined by business and production needs
- Perform in process Quality checks as required
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma, or equivalent, required
- Display great attention to detail
- Requires ability to follow oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand provided work instructions
- Basic math skills
- Entry-level – no experience required!
- No steel toes required
- 2 Saturdays/month required for OT
