Maintenance and Calibration Coordinator gea

-Client is specifically looking for candidates that work or have worked at Scientific Protein Labs sometimes referred to as (SPL) in Madison, WI  https://www.splpharma.com/

- They are willing to provide a relocation bonus upon acceptance of an applicant willing to negotiate on a case by case scenario

The impact you will have:

• Maintain and oversee the calibration program for all production and facility equipment and instrumentation.

• Maintain the preventive and corrective maintenance records within the CMMS.

• Plan, coordinate and ensure timely completion of activities in the CMMS.

• Support change control, deviation, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) processes, out of specification and out of trend investigations as they are

related to calibration or maintenance activities or the CMMS.

• Maintain the inventory and spare parts required to perform maintenance and calibration activities, including ordering and storing of spare parts and

components in the appropriate location.

• Perform equipment verifications as required, such as speeds, times, and temperatures.

• Coordinate with external service providers / contractors to have calibrations and PMs performed.

• Escort contractors through the facility and ensure calibrations / PMs are completed per procedures and/or agreements.

• As the workload demand changes for the department, additional responsibilities may be required.

What we are looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma with 5 years' experience in cGMP manufacturing facility.

• Experience in a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated facility and good documentation practices.

• Experience with CMMS or other computerized management systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to understand and process high volumes of data with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and other basic computer skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

• Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Ability to organize information and present it to peers, customers, and members of Senior Management.
