Maintenance Lead Technician Level 4

This is a hands-on shop floor leadership position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance of our mechanical and electrical systems and machinery. Working experience in 4 out of 6 of the following areas is required:

• Mechanical systems

• Hydraulics/Pneumatics

• Fabrication

• CNC Machinery

• Electrical systems (480, 120, 24)

• Automation (PLC, Robotics)

A successful candidate should have about 5+ years of education and/or work experience in a maintenance related field, and ideally 1+ years of leadership involvement. Die casting or foundry experience a plus but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook necessary for success. The candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively in both team and individual settings. Must provide own tools/toolbox.
