-Performing minor and major repair of all equipment
-Clean and salt sidewalks during winter months and setup lawncare/snow removal
-Schedule preventative maintenance and inspections
-Performing preventative maintenance procedures on machine tools; building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greasing bearings, seals, etc.; repairing or replacing broken parts
-Installing electrical wiring and equipment, wiring during restructuring of work cell projects; replacing and repairing wiring as needed
-Repairing electrical equipment and control circuits; replacing faulty electrical switches
-Strong electric, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills
-Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment required to perform duties
-Any other assigned maintenance tasks not listed
Requirements
-High School diploma or the equivalent
-Associate's degree in electro/mechanical field, will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience
-One to five years of industrial electro/mechanical experience including one year of experience in machine tool maintenance and repair
