-Must possess the knowledge and ability to read an interpret drawings and technical documents/work orders to accurately fit parts together and weld

-Measure and align work pieces using straightedges, clamps, and measuring devices for accurate fit

-Operate angle grinders, sanders, saws and related tooling required to fit and finish components

-Set up weld machine accurately for proper weld quality and specifications for welding of equipment

-Perform weld procedures with accuracy and quality in various weld positions

-Strong Mechanical aptitude

-Adaptable to a fast paced environment

-Must be able to read a tape measure

-Ability to work independently or in a Team

-Capable of using hand and power tools

-Able to be on your feet, bend, or occasionally climb a short ladder for a minimum of 8 hours a day

-Ability to lift/move 50 lbs

-Willing to work a minimum of 40 hours and OT as needed
