Duties/Qualifications

• Will work from Blueprints.
• Use provided set-up sheets to verify correct filler metal is installed, changes filler as needed.
• Adjust weld gas flow per given welding procedure specification instructions.
• Set-up manual weld machine or download program per set-up sheet instructions.
• Weld's part per customer provided prints.
• Rework parts as needed to meet customer specifications.
• Removes weld spatter and scale from finished parts.

• High School Diploma/GED, or one-year related experience and/or training is required.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds.
• AWS certified or the ability to become AWS certified.
• Compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
