Production Controller - lnb

Position Summary

Production control will be responsible for improving customer service through on time delivery as well as order updates.  This position will be responsible for issuing and tracking daily and weekly production schedules for each major department.  Collaboration with department supervisors as well as engineering, sales, and customer service will be essential. This position reports to the Director of Sales Engineering

• Issue daily and weekly production schedules

• Report on departmental adherence to the production schedules

• Provide timely response on status of open orders

• Track critical customer projects and ensure delivery of all expedited product

• Facilitate communication between departments to drive continual success

• Analyze trends and recommend improvements to the scheduling process

• Manage all outside service transactions

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred Associate’s degree in logistics, operations, engineering, or equivalent work experience

• 2-4 years’ experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite

• Ability to work with ERP Database

• Strong project management skills
