This list of functions and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Create project trackers and timelines when applicable and manage accordingly using project management developed tool set from PM Director.
- Assist in keeping project trackers up to date.
- Update all relevant customer portals (excluding shipment & AR).
- Assist in providing executive level forecast information and industry insight where applicable.
- Help maintain the file management structure for the entire project management directory.
- Assist with NPD Tracker updates.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum an undergraduate degree preferred in Business Administration or Engineering, with two to four years related experience in a manufacturing atmosphere (preferred sheet metal environment).
