Quality Inspector ark

In this job, you will be responsible for the following:

• Verify raw material compliance.

• Engage and understand customer expectations.

• Inspect welds to AWS and ASME standards.

• Fabrication inspection to print specification.

• Ensure the highest quality level of products and services.

• Confirm products meet legal and safety standards.

• Continuous production monitoring for improvement.

• Generate all quality, process, and procedure documentation.

• Report quality standard issues to upper management.

• Oversee ISO audits.

• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Familiar with AWS and ASME welding code knowledge.

• Excellent math skills, including trigonometry and geometry.

• Blueprint reading, including GD&T.

• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is a plus.

• Data analysis and statistical aptitude.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Forklift and overhead crane experience.

• Must have good attendance and be on time.

• Embrace and demonstrate company values.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
