Duties include but not limited to:
-Assist Director of Quality in maintaining the Food Safety Programs.
-Assist with weekly EMP program and update EMP log and scheduling of courier pick-ups.
-Oversee Product Retain and Product Destruct sample program.
-Oversee the bi-weekly /monthly facility inspections.
-Maintain proper inventory of QA supplies for testing.
-Assist with document control and revisions to SOP's, data sheets and other QA documents.
-Oversee preparation of production daily record sheets.
-Oversee maintenance of Training Matrix and Training.
Requirements:
-Must have quality experience from a food manufacturing company.
-4-year related Quality degree
-Supervisory/Management experience strongly preferred
-SQF, PCQI, HACCP certifications preferred
