Major Responsibilities

Understand, provide training and be able to perform all cleaning procedures and practices associated with the Sanitation Department.

Understand, provide training and perform procedures in the following areas, water and chemical concentration titrations, chemical mixings, pH testing, alkalinity testing, water hardness testing.

Understand, provide training, and perform duties associated in equipment breakdown and reassembly.

Understand, provide training and be able to perform procedures in special situation cleaning of

Floor Drains

Chemical spill

Sewer back up

Blood borne pathogen

Understand, provide training and be able to perform procedures associated with the operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment.

Floor Scrubbers

Chemical Foamers

Automated Chemical Dispensers

pH Monitoring Equipment

Perform inspections for proper cleaning of plant equipment and surfaces.

Participate in scheduled and unscheduled internal audits.

Maintain and forward all documents associated with Sanitation to necessary departments.
