Shipping Receiving - 2nd Shift jml
Must be Bilingual (Spanish / English)
Must Train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd (training should be 1 or 2 weeks depending on how quickly they pick it up/ feel comfortable)
1. Position Overview
1.1. This person oversees the daily operation of the warehouse/saferoom
2. Reports to:
2.1. Purchasing/Logistics Manager
3. Supervises/Oversees Job Titles:
3.1. None
4. Major Responsibilities
4.1. Maintaining warehouse area per Food/Personnel safety policies and procedures
4.2. Receiving of all goods per Food/Personnel safety policies and procedures
4.3. Storage of all received goods per Food/Personnel safety policies and procedures
4.4. COA Receipt
4.5. Inspection/sanitizing of all received trailers
4.6. Set up all Fed Ex, UPS and Kraft Churny Shipments
4.7. Loading/shipping of all goods per Food/Personnel safety policies and procedures
4.8. Verifying ID of all persons entering the shipping/Receiving dock door
4.10 FIFO on product rotation of finished goods shipping
4.11 Proper filling out, handling and storage of all area paperwork/records
4.12 Month end Inventory
5. Food and Personnel Safety Related Job Duties
5.1. To follow all Legacy food safety procedures given at annual trainings.
5.2. To follow all Legacy personnel safety procedures given at annual trainings.
5.3. You must alert the Supervisor if you find any mechanical problem or unsafe condition.
5.4. You must notify QA and Management of any food safety issues or concerns.
6. Act as a backup to the following titles/roles in case of absence

9.1. Certified forklift Operator
9.2. Ability to lift 50 lbs
9.3. Ability to read / write English effectively
9.4. Ability to perform mathematics – addition, subtraction, division, multiplication
9.5. Ability to work in warm environments
