Experience, Skills, and Educational Requirements Required for Success:

• Assists yard crew in sandblasting, patching, acid etching of concrete products.
• Has ability to learn to operate 65 ton all-terrain crane to move large wall panels & other concrete products.
• Loads concrete products on various delivery vehicles, ensuring security and safety for transporting.
• Operates front end loader to transport various materials.
• Assembles concrete products on pallets and wraps securely and appropriately for delivery to job site.
• Organizes and cleans yard and removes debris to keep a safe environment for all employees and clients.
• Provides appropriate yard maintenance, i.e., snow plowing, shoveling, salting as needed.
• Maintains yard vehicles and equipment as needed to ensure all are being kept in good working condition.
• Performs crane rigging and signaling for drivers as needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively several times a day.
• Proven experience using crane, forklift, skid loader, semi yard trailer.
• Works year-round in all weather conditions.
• Has communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Works overtime when needed.
• Willingness and ability to be at work and on time every day!
• Must have reliable transportation.
