Customer Service
· Orders/Phone Calls – Answer phone; process new orders; assist with monitoring of email inboxes; enter tracking information into system when orders are complete
· Monitor Open Orders – Follow-up on any open orders issues to resolve so orders can be shipped as quickly as possible (i.e. backorders, pricing issues, etc.)
· Filing/Organization – File and organize paperwork as needed
· Assist in other office tasks as needed
Skills/Qualifications
· Previous customer service experience
· Self -Starter/Ability to manage time
· Strong verbal and written customer service skills
· Commitment to Team Atmosphere and Personal Responsibility
· Spanish speaking a plus but not required
· International / export experience a plus but not required
