Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design HVAC systems, including preparation of construction documents for the small projects team within the service department.

Provide HVAC Tech support for the Service Sales team.

Provide HVAC troubleshooting and design expertise for NAMI Service Techs.

Report directly to Senior Engineer with a focus on HVAC retro fits, replacement equipment, and remodels.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

5+ years of design

Experience with Trane Trace

Experience with Revit

Ability to read and interpret various building design documents, including 3D models, 2D plans, specifications, RFPs, BODs, etc

Highly organized and detail-conscious, producing a highly accurate work product

Competent with Current version of Windows and Microsoft office

Education and/or Experience:                                                                

Mechanical Engineering Degree, Commercial HVAC Experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Trane Trace

Revit
