SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Account Support

Monitor customer orders, shipments, and returns.

Coordinate requotes, drawings, samples, material specifications and items.

General account trouble shooting.

Customer Service Support

Payment escalation.

Order tracking.

Coordinating Accounting documentation for new customers.

Coordinating Quality documentation.

ASM Support

Managing demonstrators, coordinating samples and collateral material.

Generating commission reports working with accounting.

Support request from Manufacturers Reps.

Help maintain the data integrity of the CRM system.

Sales

Generate, research, and qualify leads.

Identify and contact appropriate personnel at potential customers.

Generating reports from the CRM system.

Coordinate and participate in trade shows.

Participate in engineering and production release meetings.

Support Marketing, Manufacturing, Accounting, Engineering, and Quality as needed.

Other Areas of Support Representing Sales

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience working directly with customers.

2-year technical degree minimum (or equivalent working experience).

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with ERP systems.

Experience with CRM systems.

Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

COMPENTENCIES:

Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.

Communicate effectively with personnel in engineering, accounting, purchasing and quality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel internationally.

Ability to rent and drive a standard passenger car.

Operate office equipment.

Move / setup / teardown trade show booth materials.
