SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Chief expectation is to grow the revenue of the components business in North America.
• Manage all aspects of the business within North America.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy supporting corporate initiatives.
• Develop a sales channel strategy to leverage distribution sales channels.
• Work and coordinate with manufacturers representatives.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with new and existing customers by understanding customer’s
requirements and managing customer’s expectations.
• Actively promote RAFI to generate new leads including advertising and trade shows.
• Identify target markets, industries, and customers.
• Identify relevant local product needs and relay that information to product management.
• Report company KPIs.
• Utilize the company CRM system
• Establish and implement short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Participate in annual strategic planning and budget development.
• Create a regular reporting structure with relevant KPIs and complete transparency about sales activities.
• Ensure sales offerings are closely coordinated and in alignment with internal product offerings.
• Routinely evaluates the performance of direct reports to provide feedback on the progress toward Department
objectives and individual development goals.
• Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
• Training and Evaluation of other personnel as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 7 years of Sales and Marketing technical products, experience in the field of electromechanical
components.
• Minimum 5 years working with distributors and/or in the distribution sales channel
• Experience working within the industrial, automotive and/or off-highway vehicle markets a plus.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Candidate must be US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Alien and meet Xymox security standards as imposed
by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time
after commencement of employment.
