Maintaining Strict Organization of the Library (OEMs’, Authorities’, and Repair

Station’s Technical Publications)

• Liaises with Technical Data providers on ensuring the possession of the

current Technical Data before performing any work

• Careful updates and revision control

• Controlling security and access to the data

• Where necessary, merging the library contents into the ERP System and/or

revising the data in the ERP system

• Inventories the contents and revision levels of all pages of the Manuals

against, for example, an LOEP – List of Effective Pages

• Communicates information regarding revisions to respective users

• Archiving Work Order packages

• Provide support to manage the repair shop Calibration

• Provide administrative support for the Chief Inspector

Requirements:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience working with the Pentagon ERP system desired

• Air Force TODO experience or equivalent, preferred

• Excellent communications skills

• Knowledge of Military aircraft manuals and commercial ATA Chapters

Training:

• Initial Training as outlined in the Training Manual

• Annual/Recurrent Training as posted on the Training Log, S3RS-FM-100

• Pentagon Basics

• Export & ITAR compliance

• Human Factors

• Accomplishing work under EASA approval
