Fluid Power Assembly Technician jml
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
· Construction of hydraulic systems · Read schematics/diagrams/blueprints · Welding, fabrication, tube bending · Hose assembly · Use hand/power tools and machining equipment (i.e. drill press, mill, lathe, etc.) · Pneumatic paint spraying · Hydraulic test equipment and test stand operation · Troubleshoot circuits · Forklift operation · Other responsibilities and/or projects as assigned by management
Work Environment:
Climate controlled shop environment
Requirements:
Education: High school degree, GED, or equivalent required AAS in mechanical field a plus Ongoing willingness to continue educational learning/training
Licenses/Certificates: None
Skills · Experience working with power tools and hand tools · MIG welding · Hydraulic tube bending and fabrication
· Forklift Operator · Good mechanical aptitude a must · Logical problem-solving and analytical ability · Strong interpersonal and both written and oral communication skills · Motivated self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments is required. · Sound judgment and decision-making ability · Demonstrates integrity and ethical standards · Maintains a professional demeanor at all times · Team player who works productively with wide range of people
