The salary range for this role is $50,000-$76,000, commensurate with experience.

Our inside sales team currently consists of three individuals. The work environment is a manufacturing/warehouse industrial setting, and some lifting of chain, wire rope, and nylon slings will be required. Dirty hands sometimes...🙂

Job Duties
Respond to customer and outside sales requests in "real time" for price quotation, order placement, adjustments and cancellations.
Respond to customer needs, face to face, as they come into our showroom to shop, browse and pick up preplaced orders.
Prepare quotes, order entry, answer phones, and resolve queries.
Serve as liaison with outside sales and manufacturing leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure proper support and provide a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with delivery times with shipping receiving and manufacturing leads to expedite orders and meet delivery dates.
Work with suppliers and management to obtain information on pricing and specifications to complete and execute on project deliveries.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
At least one year of prior professional-level account management and Industrial sales with proven experience meeting and exceeding sales goals is highly preferred.
A proven track record of building and maintaining excellent customer service and relationships.
Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills are required.
Requires strong solid written skills and overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office) required. QuickBooks knowledge a plus.
Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Mechanically inclined candidate preferred. Will be very" hands on "at times on our production floor.
Physically able and mobile to move around a manufacturing shop floor and showroom. Must be able to lift, bend, turn, pull.
Must successfully complete drug screen, and physical.
