‍Essential Job Functions:

• Load and unload metal material into machine bed

• Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops

• Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection

• Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts

• Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift

• Follow safety rules and ISO requirements

• Maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

• We supply highly cosmetic parts to large OEMs so our operators must evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection while working to meet efficiency expectations.

• This job is very physical and requires lifting, bending and reaching and the ability to continually lift parts that range in weight from 5 to more than 35 lbs

• Must have strong attention to detail

• Must maintain a good attendance record, practice safe work habits and follow safety rules and ISO requirements.

• Previous experience running a 5-Axis Laser and/or stamping presses is preferred.

• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.

• Reliable transportation is required
