Job Description:
This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials, components, and finished goods throughout the production floor.
What You'll Do
As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing and assembly operations. You will prepare materials for press start-ups, move work-in-progress (WIP) to and from automated assembly cells, and manage the flow of materials in and out of the cleanroom. Responsibilities also include cleaning equipment, removing excess or unused materials, and ensuring the correct materials are ready and available for production.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities Include
Learn and master all necessary areas of the quality system.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Reviews materials list and prepares materials to ensure materials are ready for press start-ups.
Ensures packaging and any additional materials are at the press for start-ups and throughout the job.
Communicates updates to the cell and with previous and following shifts the status of presses.
Transfers completed pallets and removes garbage and scrap from the cell.
Participates in Line Clearance process ensuring all packaging and materials put away back in inventory.
Clean all material areas at the end of the shift.
Counts, weighs, and verifies raw materials.
Follows surge bin connection instructions.
Verifies that product being moved has a move ticket.
Any other duties as assigned.
