Essential Job Functions:
• Set up and operate metal stamping machines
• Adjust machine settings for temperature, cycle times, speed, and feed rates
• Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops
• Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection
• Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts
• Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift
• Follow safety rules and ISO requirements
• Maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
• We supply highly cosmetic parts to large OEMs so our operators must evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection while working to meet efficiency expectations.
• This job is very physical and requires lifting, bending and reaching and the ability to continually lift parts that range in weight from 5 lbs to more than 35 lbs
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must maintain a good attendance record and practice safe work habits,
• Previous experience setting up and running stamping presses is required
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day
• Reliable transportation is required

• Ability to lift up to 50 LBS, lift twist, grab, stand (up to 8 to 10 hours), walk, push, pull, use both
