Essential Job Functions
Visual Inspection:
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of parts to identify any defects, discrepancies, or imperfections.
• Ensure that components meet the specified quality standards and match the design requirements of the customer prints or models.
Quality Documentation:
• Document inspection results, including any deviations or non-conformities observed during the inspection process.
• Communicate findings to relevant personnel (production, engineering, supervisors, management) and work collaboratively to resolve quality issues.
• Uphold all safety and quality policies and follow guidelines, work instructions and training as provided by the Management Team.
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; additional technical education or certifications in quality control are a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in sheet metal fabrication or similar industry.
Qualifications
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to maintain high standards.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey inspection results, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands
• Ability to lift up to 40 LBS, bend, twist, grab, stand (up to 8 to 10 hours), walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
