Receptionist/Office Assistant gea

Job Duties (But not limited to):

Answering 5-line phone system and dispatching calls to appropriate parties.

Processing work orders.

Filing information and paperwork for several different departments.

Checking general email mailbox for the company.

Matching invoices to purchase orders.

Enter invoices to accounts payable.

Update certificate of insurance book.

Make copies.

Job Requirements: Skills that allow for the completion of general office work, the operation of basic office equipment, and the routing of incoming materials to proper individuals. Strong familiarity with customer service. Command of Administrative Assistance. At least one year of office experience, a valid driver’s license, and solid work history.
