Purpose and key accountability of the position
· Installation and commissioning of new equipment and solutions delivered to customers
· Installation supervision of our technology
· Providing operator and maintenance training to customers
· Delivery maintenance and repair services one equipment and provide upgrades and troubleshooting
· Provide and develop expertise in our equipment and solutions
· Independent execution of tasks and duties within service, defined by superior
· Follow all work safety instructions, laws, and regulations, and promote safety culture by example
· Provide high-quality customer and technical support
· Follow given timelines, instructions, and budgets, while prioritizing your work tasks
· Identify improvement opportunities and development ideas and record them in company’s initiative system
· Identify repair and maintenance needs at customer sites, and provide sales leads to spare part and service teams
· Work closely with customer organizations, subcontractors, and internal departments
· Maintain and develop own know-how, expertise, and working processes to improve quality of work
· Documentation and reporting of findings from customer calls and visits
· Creating service quotations to customers
· Communication with customers related to assignments, the progress of work, travel, arrangements, preparations, etc., and participation in worksite meetings
· Inspection of goods delivered to the sit prior to installations, communication to customer/internal project manager about possible deficiencies
Position Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or similar technical education
· 5 years of working experience in similar roles
· Experience in working in multicultural environment
· Knowledge of precast industry is a major advantage, basics of concrete technology
· Willingness to travel as needed
· Solid technical knowledge
· Software tools: MS Office, TwinCat, L7. Aton,Vineyard, Orchidea, etc.
· Fluent English skills, fluency in multiple languages is a plus
