Duties

Collaborate with hiring managers and sales managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize various sourcing methods including HR sourcing, social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.

Conduct thorough employee evaluations and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding, including employee orientation as needed.

Maintain accurate records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure compliance with company policies.

Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technical field or manufacturing environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage offer discussions with candidates.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
