The Assembler receives specific work assignments under limited supervision and resolves most problems with limited supervisory assistance. All work is subject to final inspection and test to insure that the final product meets customer requirements and to control excess labor and material expense. The Assembler is expected to practice and adhere to the Company’s Six Sigma principles.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machines and equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to determine necessary repairs - Fabricate and install electrical components as needed - Analyze machine performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency
Assemble electrical components and systems according to instructions and specifications.
Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
